Introduction
Due to some internal changes our client is looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant who is able to start immediately to offer support to the team while a permanent replacement is sought (This could be a temp-to perm opportunity if you were looking for a permanent role). It is a very important role for them to cover as there is a constant need for new staff given the size of the business.
You would be working in a high volume environment where you would be handling 50+ vacancies at any one time. You must have experience of working within a similar internal resourcing role for a large business and be a strong team player. People management skills are not required – you will be managing recruitment campaigns not line management itself.
